Prosci-Certified Change Management Specialists

Prosci Change Management Certification (required)
Experience delivering change strategies in complex enterprise environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills

Senior ETL / Data Integration Engineers (Python)

5+ years experience in data engineering and ETL development
Strong Python expertise (data pipelines, orchestration, transformation)
Experience with distributed data systems and secure data environments

Senior C++ Software Engineers

Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17 or newer)
Experience in performance-critical or real-time systems
Experience with Linux-based development environments
Experience with low-level Linux or Windows programming

Forward Deployed Engineers (Palantir Foundry / Gotham)

Experience working with Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham platforms
Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills
Experience deploying data-driven solutions in operational environments

Database Administrators (DBA)

Experience managing secure and high-availability database systems
Strong knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning
Experience with backup, recovery, and data integrity practices

Data Architects

Experience designing large-scale data architectures
Strong understanding of data governance, modeling, and integration
Experience with secure and regulated data environments

Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineers

Strong foundation in signal processing theory and implementation
Experience with Python or C/C++ for DSP applications
Experience in communications, radar, or sensor systems (asset)
Experience in real-time signal processing (asset)
Experience in signals analysis and reverse engineering (asset)

Embedded / Firmware Engineers

Experience with embedded systems and low-level programming (C/C++)
Experience with microcontrollers and hardware interfaces
Understanding of real-time constraints and system reliability
Experience with secure coding practices for embedded environments

Cybersecurity Architects

Experience designing secure system architectures
Knowledge of Canadian government security standards and frameworks
Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment

Security Auditors / IT Security Assessors

Experience conducting security audits and compliance assessments
Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or ITSG-33
